Refund policy

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if there’s any problem with your order, buff-box.com will make resend & refund if you follow the steps written below:

  1. Delayed Orders: 

Orders No Found, In transit, Pending, Expired with more than 30days (counting from the date you send the payment to buff-box.com) for the USA (If the shipment was prevented or delayed in whole or in part by reason of war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow the delivery time will be recounted once the orders shipped out. buff-box will not be liable for the delayed shipment of the orders. However,buff-box will notify you via email or SMS within 5 days.) if:

– The customer has checked the tracking number and it doesn’t show any move or information.

– Sometimes, the order had arrived at the nearest office to the buyer and make it pending delivery because of the incorrect or unclear address. The customer will need to go to the post office for delivery.

  1. Delivered Orders:If any orders had been delivered within maximum delivery time (counting based on the stated shipping time chosen at checkout) and more than 14 days delivered status + 16days passed,  the customer will not be allowed to open dispute anymore.
  2. Damaged Orders: buff-box will provide a full refund/replacement if:

– The order arrived damaged.

– The order arrived damaged but the customer doesn’t want the replacement to be sent.

- The customer should open the dispute in 2 days after receiving the damaged product.

The customer needs to send an email to info@buff-box.com

-  In the e-mail, the customer must include videos, or at least photos of the damaged item to prove damage.

  1. Imperfections:

-– Imperfections such as incorrect color, not working, etc.

The customer needs to send an email to info@buff-box.com.

-  In the e-mail, the customer must include photos of the product item to prove imperfections.

For parts missing, buff-box only accepts resend it instead of a full refund.

  1. Not satisfied with the product:

If the order arrived in time and undamaged, but the customer is not satisfied with the product, then a refund still available for 30 days after the delivery time if the customer contacts the support and sends a refund request ticket. In the refund ticket, the customer must explain why isn't he/she satisfied with the received good(s).

Return process:

to be eligible for the refund, first you must have to send back the product to our warehouse.

to obtain the shipping label and shipping information, contact our customer support team

the returning shipping fee will be payed by us, just provide proof of the shipping cost to our customer support.

After we received the package, please allow us 5 days to inspect it, and then we will start the refund transaction. Please calculate with an additional 1 or 2 days for the transaction to complete.
