Shipping and Delivery

With the rising Covid cases there might be unexpected shipping delays of 1-2 weeks. Currently, these delays only affect some states in the US and only in some cases. Please be aware, that the situation can change day-by-day. We will keep you updated and do our best to make sure your package arrives as soon as possible. Happy shopping.
Our fulfillment centers are China mainly. After your order is complete, it takes us 1-3 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center. If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest location, we will ship your order form another fulfillment center. Shipping is also based on your location; please expect 8-20 days after order processing to receive your package depending on your location and shipping option.
Tracking
Once the order is shipped, please allow 1-4 business days on average for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. After that period, you can track your order at your country’s post website or https://buff-box/pages/track-your-order
Wrong address
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.
Lost or stolen package
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. If you have any further questions on how to do this, please reach out to our customer support team.
Loyalty program/ subscribed customer:
We pay for the extra cost of express shipping if a customer is subscribed to our newsletter and/or have already purchased from us. This offer only stand for packages not heavier than 450g/1lb.
