Yes, we offer express shipping option, which is around 3-5 days faster than regular ones. It costs more than standard shipping, but you can save those costs by subscribing to our newsletter, and we won't charge you additional cost for express shipping ever. ( You still have to pay the standard shipping fee, unless you meet the full requirement of free shipping, and this offer only stands for packages below 450g / 1lb ).

We ship orders according to the order numbers, holidays, weekends, and capacity of our staff. We'll ship out the order in 1-5 days.

Typically, orders are received within 5-12 business days. Please note that your processing time and shipping speed are two completely separate things. Processing time is the amount of time that it takes our staff to process orders for the day which includes quality check, putting them in the package, and sending your box to the courier. Shipping Speed is how quickly the courier delivers the package to your country which then is received and delivered to your doorsteps by your local post.

Yes. All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 24 hours window. All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.
